Mike has been working in the Commercial Swimming Pool and Construction Industry for the past 30 years and has been employed and contracted to the largest Commercial Pool and Construction Companies in the UK, USA and Australia.

He was previously employed by AVP Commercial Pools as a Project Manager and Aqua Technics Commercial as the Senior Project Manager and has managed Commercial Swimming Pool Constructions throughout Australia.

He is a highly experienced and well regarded professional within the Commercial Swimming Pool and Construction Industry and has a dense portfolio managing projects of up to $8m.  Mike is often sought to project manage Commercial Pool Constructions throughout Australia.  He has expert knowledge with all facets of commercial swimming pool construction, all relevant building codes and Public Health regulations.

Niamh has been involved in a number of Swimming Pool and Construction projects ranging from Residential to Commercial Projects up to a value of $3m. She has the expertise to manage multiple projects concurrently and has vast experience in all facets of project administration, building codes and Codes of Practice.

She has the knowledge and skills to effectively and efficiently manage the Project Team and oversee quality planning & control, HSE, documentation and cost control within a project.

Aaron has been working within the Commercial Construction Industry for over 15 years. Aaron is an experienced Project Manager with over 9 years direct experience.

Aaron’s background is quite diverse and covers multiple facets of the construction process and trades.

From design documentation through to onsite delivery of multimillion dollar off shore and remote projects throughout Australia, Aaron’s adaptability and being able to troubleshoot and problem solve has been a key to his successes.

Aaron’s attention to detail, forward planning and resource coordination has led to the successful delivery of many projects, on time and on budget.

Matthew has been working in the Swimming Pool Industry for the past 5 years and within the construction and landscaping industry for a further 7 years.  He has been involved in several commercial swimming pool and landscape construction projects.

Matthew is a Certified ELBEBlue Line Membrane Installer, High Pressure Water Blaster Operator and holds a Pool Operators Group 2-4 License.  He specialises in membrane installation and is the Australian Senior ELBEBlue line installer.

Matthew is also highly skilled in concrete cancer repairs, rendering, epoxy painting, hydraulics and pool water treatment installation and maintenance.
