Completed in 2019, Vantage Riversedge Apartments is an 18-storey residential complex set in a stunning riverside location, home to 212 luxury apartments. The development offers residents a high standard of living with resort-style communal facilities designed to complement the exclusive riverside lifestyle. One of the standout features of Vantage is the Ground Floor Pool Deck, which provides:

• A 20-metre heated infinity-edge swimming pool
• A spa pool
• Outdoor shower, cabana, and barbecue facilities

Our scope included the design and delivery of the pool and spa package, comprising:

• Full pool and spa construction
• Installation of hydraulic systems and pool water treatment systems
• Application of durable, high-quality finishes that balance functionality with modern design

Given the pool’s elevated position above four floors of terrace apartments, strict construction and hydraulic controls were required to ensure safety, prevent water spillage, and comply with local council regulations. The result is a resort-style pool deck that enhances the amenity of the development and provides a private, relaxing environment exclusively for residents and their guests.
