Set in the heart of one of Perth’s hidden parkland treasures, Treehouse Apartments by Stirling Capital is an exclusive six-storey complex offering 49 luxury boutique residences. Designed by MJA Studio, this development blends urban convenience with a tranquil retreat.
The apartments feature double-height communal spaces, landscaped decks, an infinity-edge heated swimming pool, a two-level fitness centre, private entertaining areas, and sustainable design elements such as solar panels, LED lighting, smart meters, and cross-flow ventilation.
One of the project’s major engineering challenges was the basement construction entirely below the water table. A secant pile wall system was used for waterproofing, while a complex raft foundation with over 100 tonnes of steel was designed to resist hydrostatic uplift.
