The scope of works for this project was to remove the existing hydrotherapy pool and construct a new leisure facility comprising of new changing rooms, offices, storerooms, pool plant room and concrete hydrotherapy pool.

The new concrete swimming pool was constructed as a double formed and poured concrete swimming pool and wet deck gutter complete with backwash, balance tanks and pool water treatment plant.

The swimming pool was fully tiled using Metz commercial pool tile full system to provide the client with a 10 year warranty on all tiling works.

The pool water treatment plant consists of a combination of Prominent Calcium Hypochlorite and UV disinfection.

The project was completed on time and within budget.
