The aim of this project was to refurbish the indoor swimming pool areas.

All expansions joints were removed and replaced to make watertight along with the floor returns.  The swimming pool plaster was stripped entirely and taken back to the concrete shell.  Remedial tile works and new plaster finish was applied.

A tight scheduled had to be adhered to as the centre was shut down whilst the renovation work was being completed.  APS completed the project ahead of schedule and within budget allowing the facility to reduce downtime.
