Aquatic Project Solutions was engaged by BGC Construction to deliver the aquatic facilities for the Eden Apartments, a modern residential development featuring high-end amenities.

Our scope included the complete construction and fit-out of an 18-metre swimming pool, along with ornamental ponds incorporated into the architectural landscape of the apartment complex. A key feature of this project was the installation of a vinyl liner system across both the pool and pond structures, selected for its durability, water tightness, and ease of maintenance.

Comprehensive pool finishes, tailored to complement the apartment’s aesthetic and design intent
Design and installation of a fully equipped plantroom, supporting all filtration, treatment, and circulation systems for the pool

Delivered within a high-density residential site, the Eden Apartments project demonstrated our team’s ability to coordinate seamlessly with other trades and deliver premium-quality aquatic infrastructure within tight spatial and program constraints.
