650 Albany Highway

We were proud to be part of the 65 Albany Highway development, a premium multi-residential apartment project located in East Victoria Park, WA. Delivered in collaboration with PACT Constructions under a design and construct contract, the project was developed by Fowler Group Properties, managed by Celsius Group, and designed by the renowned Hillam Architects. Our scope included the complete installation of a high-quality vinyl liner for the apartment’s swimming pool, along with the design and implementation of the water filtration system and plant room infrastructure—positioned three levels below ground. This project reflects our commitment to precision, innovation, and delivering robust aquatic solutions for modern residential environments.
